Why Flowstate Media?

"Flowstate" is a concept I embraced early on during my competitive tennis years. In high-stakes matches, it's easy to tense up and lose focus. But when I enter that flow state, I feel calm, present, and everything clicks into place naturally. This mindset has been a mantra for me since childhood, one that I apply not just in tennis, but in every aspect of my life—whether it’s at school, work, or in creative pursuits.

I began my academic journey at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, focusing on Environmental and Rhetoric Studies. My time working with the PubCom department sparked a passion for video and media production, which led me to transfer to Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR. There, I earned a BA in Digital Communications, honing my skills in photography, videography, and digital advertising.

What excites me most about media work is the collaborative process—each project is an opportunity to learn, grow, and refine my craft. While I may not have been born with a camera in my hand, my eagerness to learn and create drives me forward every day.
